I have been on a major pumpkin kick as of late, I even did a test run of an amazing vegan pumpkin pie last night, you can't give an omnivore a vegan morsel unless it tastes fantastic after all! With a name like chocolate pumpkin loaf, you can bet I will be giving this recipe a whirl as soon as possible. I know everyone is gearing up for holiday baking, myself included, and this year I am trying out all new recipes for my family to try. What have you baked lately?
