Make this, Cocktail hour

I've been dying to try out rose water and petals in food ever since I tasted a rose cupcake and judging by this drink, I may have found the perfect recipe to try it out. Every once and I while I like to indulge in a glass of bubbly and who doesn't love Prosecco?
