Small spaces

I took a trip over to my favorite Swedish design and real estate firm Alvhem Makleri & Interior and oh was I greeted with beautiful spaces.  This one may be on the super small size, a whole 375 square feet, but there is something about it that just screams charm.  And can I just say how jealous I am of that natural light! With features like a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, an oak parquet floor and views to drool over, it almost makes up for the lack of bedroom.  For a mere 1925 SEK a month (roughly $262, is that right?!) this place could be yours.  Click here for more views.

Anyone want to move?

I've mentioned Alvhem Makleri & Interior before, and boy am I happy I bookmarked this site for future amazement.  Alvhem, a Swedish brokerage firm, has fantastic properties listed that I would just dream of sitting, let alone living.  Oh if ever I found myself in Sweden, and had oh, 2 million to spend.   This 5 bedroom apartment has amazing light, high ceilings and the attention to detail is astounding.    

Oh these fire places!  The intricate detail on this mantle is stunning!  And the trim below, so many small details to catch.  

Perhaps the only odd thing about this space is the washer location.  Between the tub and toilet?  I suppose if you're short on space, but still a little peculiar.
