Prototype fun

This bamboo cutting board with built in storage and strainer might simply be genius.  When I cook, I always try to cut things in order of when I need to use them but these little storage bins would be perfect to chop away without setting out extra bowls.  Like most city dwellers, my kitchen is quite small {especially in comparison to the rest of the place} so counter top space is at a premium when it comes to cooking.  And the fact that it also has a strainer, well shucks.  The Mocubo cutting board is on pre sale now and are in the concept-prototype form.  As soon as there are enough pre sales, these babies are on to production.
