Hey, cookie!

Last week while the husband and I were out and about celebrating a friends birthday at The Homestead we came across Hey, cookie an adorable little lady 'delivering homemade treats to your favorite spot in the park or pub'. That's right, a cookie delivery! And lets just say at 1:30 in the morning it was a welcoming surprise to  get a handmade vegan cookie, bar side. So for all you locals, be sure to check out the whereabouts of the charming Christa on twitter, it was quite the tasty cookie.

I wish I could do this

Sometimes I come across something that no matter how hard I might try, I will never get to look as good, and well, Glory from Glorious Treats is one amazing lady.  My mouth literary dropped when I came across her vintage pastel Christmas table. Can you say incredible?  I love that she used colors that don't necessarily reflect the holiday, but fit it perfectly.  And the detail in the treats.... oh my.

Whimsy & Spice

Its the middle of the week, how about a pick me up that will surely make your mouth water?  I just stumbled upon Whimsy & Spice, thanks to twitter!, and oh my do they have sweets to cure any sweet tooth.  Seems these days, I can't get enough of tasty morsels, hence the start of my rule, if I want to eat it, I got to get moving first.  With items like chocolate butterscotch bars, earl grey sandwich cookies and hazelnut chocolate whiskey sandwich cookies, its totally worth the sweat and pain of working out.  You can purchase these goodies online and in a slew of shops in NY.
