Dreamhouse Studios

Don't you just love peeking at portfolios?  I came across the designs of Dreamhouse Studios, a design and model staging firm in MD and just loved their simplistic yet sophisticated look.  Home staging can be a tricky thing, you want to give potential buyers an idea of how the space would feel with the common items, beds, sofas a dinner table and so on, without locking in a look that would have people saying 'yeah but our stuff will never look like this'.  Keeping things neutral is usually the norm, however Erin, Kim and Wesley have a wonderful way of eye catching details.  That brown and white wallpaper, fabulous!
